About

RegimeR was built by Brendan Small, a senior technologist with 20+ years across infrastructure, data systems, and AI. The regime classification framework grew from a recognition that institutional macro assessment could be formalised, statistically validated, and delivered as infrastructure rather than opinion.

The classification pipeline runs autonomously: daily signal ingestion, regime classification across six regions, audit chain logging, and prospective validation recording operate without manual intervention. Institutional inquiries are handled directly by the founder — no salespeople, no layers.
